Creating Safe Spaces for Women and Girls
Safety for women and girls should never be an afterthought - let’s make it a foundation of how we plan our cities. Join the Women’s Housing Forum (WHF) for a free online webinar exploring how thoughtful planning and design can create safer, more inclusive places for women and girls.
We will be joined by Women in Planning, Future of London, and Marina Milosev - The Planner & RTPI’s 2024 Woman of Influence - who contributed to Creating Places that Work for Women and Girls. Together, our speakers will discuss why gender equality in planning matters and how this practical handbook can support professionals to design environments where women feel secure, confident, and able to thrive.
